The Collins Group Inc. (TCG) is an independent advisory firm offering deal-based and project-based services ranging from mergers / acquisitions, supporting the build-out of capital projects (engineering scope, planning, and financing), investment banking support, developing cross-border or across-the-water strategic relationships for clients, and go-to-market services including product and channel/distribution development, as linked to financing. We focus on transactions in the lower middle market from US$ 5 to US$ 50+ million. Our "sweet spot" are transactions between US$ 10 to US$ 25 million.

TCG, founded in 1975, is headquartered in Montreal, Canada. We have a team of 18 professionals and consulting associates. TCG has an office in Stockholm, Sweden and San Paulo, Brazil, and representatives in USA, Dubai, Hungary, Turkey, Estonia, and Uruguay. In Canada we are present in Montreal, Ottawa, Waterloo, and Vancouver.
