Utilizing our network across North American, European and Latin American investors, TCG seeks cross-border financing for our clients: seed and early stage funding for start-ups, growth capital for expanding companies, and financing for more mature companies.

We can arrange both equity and debt transactions, and can arrange for some of the more recent and innovative vehicles using royalty and revenue sharing agreements.

We use our proprietary databases and our personal contacts to identify the most appropriate investor targets. We prepare the necessary materials to present to investor candidates, and we bring investors into discussions with our clients. We continue to advise our clients throughout the process: letter of intent, due diligence, and closing negotiations.
