Beverly Brooks has over 20 years of experience with multinational companies in Canada, the United States, Europe, South America, and Russia. Beverly has worked as a senior executive and an economist in the private sector and for the Government of Canada. She has extensive experience in strategic analysis, business development, communications, marketing, negotiating, and project management. Beverly has an MA with a major in Economics and an MBA from the University of Ottawa as well as a Corporate Governance Course Certificate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

• As an independent business consultant since 2013, Beverly has provided strategic advice to fintech, digital payment, mining, financial services, healthcare and real estate companies on how to increase their market capitalization value, heighten their corporate profiles and raise public and private equity.
• As the Managing Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at National Public Relations, she provided strategic advice to a New York-based hedge fund that wanted to recover its investments in asset backed commercial paper, to a commodities transportation company that wanted to acquire a grain handling business, and to a consortium of financial services companies and pensions funds that wanted to acquire a national stock exchange.
• As the Managing Director of Communications of Kingsdale Shareholder Services, she developed investor relations strategies for companies that were involved in successful and attempted takeovers of or by companies such as Kinross Gold, Pan American Silver, Cameco, Columbia Goldfields, Hudbay Minerals, Ventana Gold, RX Exploration, K+S Potash, GrowthWorks, Bennett Environmental, URSA Major, Klondex Mining and Petiquilla.
• As Senior Counsellor, Public Relations, Hill & Knowlton, an international communications agency, she developed investor, government, stakeholder, media and public relations strategies for companies that were involved in mergers and acquisitions in the steel, automotive, real estate, shipping, mining and energy sectors.
• As Assistant Vice President, Government Relations, Bell Mobility, she obtained a spectrum licence for one of Canada's major telecommunications companies and she expanded the definition of research and development which benefited all telecommunications companies as spectrum licences require their holders to spend a certain percentage of their annual revenues on R&D. She also represented Bell Mobility at various government task forces and forums that addressed taxation and regulatory issues.
• Beverly worked for the Government of Canada as a director, senior economist and systems analyst in five different departments including Public Works, Industry Canada, Transport Canada, Natural Resources and Finance where she advised federal Ministers on marine transportation, energy, infrastructure, corporate taxation, transfer payments, loan guarantees, mining, housing, healthcare and pensions.
• Beverly holds a MA with a major in Economics and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. She has taken numerous securities courses with CSI Global and she has completed the corporate governance course at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
