It is critical to understand what lenders are looking for, and to match borrowers with the right potential lenders. The Collins Group maintains ongoing relationships with a number of banks, insurance companies and major pension funds in order to understand what they are looking for in borrowers.

We will develop a complete understanding of your business and borrowing requirements. If you are creditworthy, we will structure your corporate presentation, target a select number of potential lenders where we believe there will be an interest for debt financing, work to secure a commitment, and then provide support to close the loan or loans.

People at The Collins Group have expertise with respect to operating lines, term debt, securitization and project financing. The emphasis on project financing is for power projects and public-private partnerships for infrastructure.
