Rein Ruubel

Rein Ruubel, Executive Director Baltic States / Balkan Countries will be building upon and expanding the contacts already made in the Baltic States, Estonia and Finland as well as exploring new opportunities with prospective clients. Rein is also active in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia Herzegovina. Rein has extensive technology knowledge and background with positions held in the private, public and higher education sectors. Rein is currently located in Sarajevo, where he is leading the development of the three innovation centres and the research sector in Bosnia Herzegovina.
